Do you take Insurance?

We do not take insurance.
Shipping and Delivery Issues?

Patients are expected to inspect packages upon delivery and report any delivery/product issues within 48 hours to info@vitastir.com.
Do you accept HSA and FSA?

We accept HSA and FSA cards but only provide a regular receipt. If your HSA/FSA requires additional paperwork, forms, codes, or notes, we do not provide that. A simple receipt of purchase is given.
What is your refund policy?

My HSA/FSA is requiring prescription or physicians notes, can you provide that?

We only provide a receipt of purchase. For most HSA/FSA accounts, this is enough. If your HSA/FSA is requiring additional paperwork, we do not provide that.
How can I get my medical records sent to me?

Please submit your request with your name, date of birth, and phone number to info@vitastir.com. We require at least 30 days to process the request and there is a $99 fee for official medical records.
Are the injections refrigerated?

Most medications are refrigerated and will arrive in a cold pack. Out of the refrigerator, your meds are good for up to 14 days. As an extra precaution we encourage our patients to always refrigerate their medications, as the refrigerator is a cleaner and more sterile environment.
Medication Delivery Policy

All packages have to be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. If there are any issues with your medications, please email info@vitastir.com within 48 hours of delivery.
